The Evolution of a Masterpiece; Nikon Announces D4s

Nikon has taken the already impressive D4 and made it even better. Nikon has just announced the D4s, the evolution of a masterpiece.

The update to their flagship model D4 has brought many improvements to the former top-of-the line pro camera body. The new model boasts an improved 16.2MP CMOS sensor that is paired with Nikon’s latest image processing engine, Expeed 4. This new combination offers incredible ISO sensitivity, faithful, vibrant color and subtle nuanced tones from blackest blacks to the brightest whites.

ISO performance has also been improved. Now you can shoot noise-free from ISO 100 to 25,600. To allow you to cope with the most challenging of lighting conditions, the ISO can be set to Hi 4 for an equivalent of ISO 409,600!

The Expeed 4 processor brings more speed, better image quality and low light capabilities to the D4s. The Expeed 4 has been optimized for video by surprising moiré, reducing false colors and minimizing “jaggies”.
