Artist’s Statement: Oliver Klink is a fine art, nature and wildlife photographer based in Los Gatos, California. “Wild, Hot and Cold” shows his latest images of wildlife and a selection of his portfolio called Ice and Fire.

“Story telling is my inspiration for my photography. It takes me to places that are real but can also be turned into dream-lands. The outcome is dictated first and foremost from everything I see, feel and experience, by the characters depicted in the story, their surroundings and backgrounds. I use both staged and real events to discuss the blurred boundaries that exist between reality and fantasy. At first the photographs may tell a story that is real, until one discovers only gradually that they contain elements of fiction, or vice versa.” – Oliver Klink
